The Frozen Chango

Serving size: 1 glass

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2-3 prunes
  • 2 tbsp real coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla kefir   
  • Water to get the desired consistency 
Blend all until smooth. This one's nice and tart.
